Inserting ClickViper ad into header

Hi there.

I am using an adsense alternative called clickviper. They have given me some html code for a 728×90 banner and i would like to use it for the top of the website. but a warning message somes up saying “it is not allowed to put ad code inside a frame”.

Is there a way to get this code to work?
