Inserting content onto P2 frontpage via addthis ?

Is it possible to insert content from another site onto the P2 frontpage via a custom addthis service dedicated to say myblog.com (using the p2 theme) ?
Just like posting to facebook.
If so, to which url should the content be sent ?
https://myblog.com/
or
https://myblog.com/?p=status
or
https://myblog.com/?p=post
or
https://myblog.com/?p=quote
or
https://myblog.com/?p=link
or
none of the above.The user could then add a tag and some additional comments if desired and click post.
If anyone has done this or can advise it would be greatly appreciated.
At first glance it would appear that this theme might be suited to this functionality, though I may be mistaken.
