Inserting GFWA via to page/post

I’m having a harder time than I think I should be including the GFWA widget into a post or page body (not sidebar) and differentiating more than one of them from one other. I’ve been trying to use it via the plugin “amr shortcode any widget” is that not a viable option to do it with?
