Inserting image into header

    I have a plain block colour header and wish to add an image on top.

    I have the image but it has a square white box as a background.

    Can anyone help with how to remove the white box background.

    still need a link to your site to see what you mean.

    but if it’s an image, you download the image to your computer and edit it in whatever program you use. Or just make a new one with same dimensions…..

    Sounds like you are interested in creating transparency in your image. A good app I found for this is called Gimp (as I know, it is only available for windows). Best thing is that it is free. Do a search for it on from any search image.
