inserting phone numbers (using GPP?)

i have been trying to enter code that will let readers of my blog click on a link that will let them make a skype phone call from their computer or alternatively make a cell phone call from their phone to my number.
each time i try this i am using this url as a reference and it seems like something is wrong.

should i be able to enter something like this into a GPP Widget and have it docked somewhere? can i put it in a HEADER somehow?
