Inserting "Read More" tag

I insert the “Read More” tag in my blog post and I can see it on my dashboard, but it does not appear on my published post on my site. This happened on my last post and it is happening again on the post I am currently writing. I had no problem with it on my first two posts on my site……what am I doing wrong? basketbasicsblog.com
