Inserting thumbnails

  • Just spent 2 days for trying to resolve my problem.
    Sounds simple, and i belive it is, but i cannot find a solution.
    Ok, i want to insert that thumbnails on my page:

    But dont know how to.
    I’ve tried here with these 3 sections adding grid layout, thumbnail layout, showing posts trying check almost everything:

    also added distinctive images to page and post. Still dont know how to show this image with text on hover..
