Inspiro blocks header.php

Hi! I am looking for the file header.php to add a script to use cookieyes and matomo together. Unfortunately, I have not found it. Possibly, function.php could be used – which available – but since the script needs to be in a specific location in the header it becomes more complex.

Do you have any guidance for how to add a script in the header in a specific location in the header?
