    Hi,

I’m having issue connecting to IG

“Feed Them Social (Notice visible to Admin only). Instagram returned: The access_token provided is invalid.”

I’m unable to use the plugin to “login and get my access token” and I tried the manual steps but when I pasted the url with my client ID an error was also returned.

I’ve tried revoking access on Instagram for this plugin and it is still unable to connect.

    DO you have any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hey @kombilife,
Thanks for using our plugin. It could be possible something is changing the URL when trying to connect to the IG’s server to get the token. Try momentarily turning deactivating ALL other plugins you have installed in your WordPress dashboard and see if it works when finished trying to get access token then turn them all back on.

    Thanks,
    Justin Labadie
