    Hello,

Just noticed the feed is gone and when logged in as admin get this message:

“Admin warning: there is one or more private user in this feed(xxxxxx). Their media won’t be displayed.”

Then when I go to the settings for that particular feed it states “The endpoint has been retired”.

Reading up it seems Instagram has shutdown this particular endpoint and it needs to be updated to the new one.

I tried re-authenticating just in-case but it made no change.

    Please advise asap.

    Thank You!

I just switched over to https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/insta-gallery/

Took about a minute to setup and replace this plugin.

Yeah, gonna have to switch too if the fix isn’t announced very very soon.

Are there any updates on this? Still not resolved from what I can see.

Yep, giving this about 6 more hours and then I’m gonna have to switch.

Alright, time to switch over. Oh well.

I have a website built for a client who runs a tattoo studio, hence they are 8 Instagram accounts linked, and of course none of them work anymore.
Switching to a new plugin would mean having to do the whole process of asking each artist to log in again as I can’t just copy / paste their current token in a new plugin.

It’s really annoying and we’d like to have some news @zhannak

Having some delays because it’s harder to fix the plugin than you though is completely Ok. Saying you’ll have a fix in the day two days ago here and not giving us any news about what’s up isn’t :/

The worst part is that this change was announced by IG ages ago, hence why many other similar plugins are working fine.

    Hello dear users,

I am very sorry not to reach out to you sooner.

Yes, you are right we had to be prepared for these API changes earlier.

I am sorry this was our fault.

Now we have already made the fix and submitted for Instagram review.

Once they’ll approve we’ll release the update.

I am very sorry that this has taken even longer than we expected.

Hopefully, they’ll review today or by the end of the week and we’ll give release.

Once more we are really sorry to cause you this issue.

I have the same problem and if it won’t resolve till tomorrow, I will switch to another plugin…. I am sorry, but it is how it is!

Same problem and awaiting one week because you said that you will solve it.
Just one day more. Sorry but if tomorrow is not fixed, I will change the plugin.

it is other few days, I double-checked problem still there, sorry I am switching other plugin.

    Damned it’s been 9 days now :/

For those who switched to a new plugin I assume you had to re-authenticate the instagram account(s) ? Or you could copy / paste the tokens from the authenticated accounts in 10Web Social Photo Feed ?

It would be easy if I had only one but I’m using this plugin on a website where 8 different people have to sign in so it’s a bit of a mess.

Had to reauth, but because it’s going to be using a new API interface pretty sure you will have to reauth if you stay with this plugin anyway.

yeah that’s what I thought too. I’m still hoping the new version gets released soon so I don’t have to re-do all the custom CSS I did for 10web on another plugin.

If you will not upload a new release, it’s your decision. It’s a free plugin and you don’t have any obligations, but we will appreciate just an answer. Just say that you have too much work and can’t maintain the plugin anymore.

But right now… silence is not golden.

Wow, this still hasn’t been fixed? Super happy I didn’t wait to make the switch now!
