    Hello,

    Just noticed the feed is gone and when logged in as admin get this message:

    “Admin warning: there is one or more private user in this feed(xxxxxx). Their media won’t be displayed.”

    Then when I go to the settings for that particular feed it states “The endpoint has been retired”.

    Reading up it seems Instagram has shutdown this particular endpoint and it needs to be updated to the new one.

    I tried re-authenticating just in-case but it made no change.

    Please advise asap.

    Thank You!

    To the last few posters – they have released a fix and are waiting on approval from IG (see a few posts up).

    Hello dear friends,

    As far as more users are following to this post I just wanted to follow up, we are still working on this issue.

    We understand that some of you don’t have time and switch to other plugins and we understand this, the business can’t wait.

    For all the loyal customers, I want to thank you for your patience,we’ll do our best to make the fixed version available soon.

    The number of times I’ve gone to my website in the last couple of years to find that the feed wasn’t working is ridiculous. Waiting three weeks and not even receiving an email with a compensation offer is beyond acceptable. Here’s a paying customer that says goodbye to the “World’s Best Instagram Feed Plugin for WordPress”.

    Dear friends,

    We’ll update the plugin in an hour and will fix the issue.

    I am very sorry that this has taken longer than expected.

    @zhannak
    it seems to be working but correct me if I’m wrong : you removed the possibility to connect multiple user accounts on the free version of the plugin ???
    I can’t find the option anymore

    Still not working for me.. Just says There is no media in this feed

    Seems like there is no user or hashtag in the settings… Can’t save my changes or publish new ones when I try to do it

    @zyperdk Did you re-authenticate?

    Whilst I did change plugins on another site where the gallery was a big feature, I kept this plugin on another site where the gallery isn’t so important.

    In saying that I updated to the new one and got the same message, I can’t remember if I got rid of it by re-authenticating or by re-saving my feed settings. I know I had to re-save the feed settings to fix a problem, just can’t remember if it was this problem.

    Strange.. I had no such option at the time.. now it was the only option..
    Then it said the profile was private (which it was not) but now it suddently works…

    thanks @gutterboy333

    The recent fix for the feed worked for awhile and now I’m getting a “Error: Access token session has expired, please reauthorize access token.” Still some problems here?

    @zyperdk no problems, glad I could help ??

    @mdelange24 Now that you mention it I just checked my feed and I see the same thing. Even before that, when it was working, I noticed it was very slow to come up…. page loaded fast, but the actual feed took a few seconds to show anything.

    @gutterboy333 It appears to be an issue with a “long-lived” token and possibly resolved with version 1.4.1.

    @mdelange24 Updated and re-authenticated (again), feed is back, hopefully for good this time.

    Still takes a long time to come up though.

    Thanks for this suggestion. Worked like a charm.

    i am still getting an error “instagram token is invalid or expired . Please reset token and sign-in again to get a new one” even though i updated and reset the token over 3x. Any suggestions?
