Instagram API (no answer on nextscripts.com)

    Hi,
    I use SNAP Pro since a long time. One week ago I bought SNAP API subscription to get Instagram API access. I waited one day for activation unsuccessfully. Then I create a ticket on https://www.nextscripts.com/support/tickets.php, without answer from Nextscripts. After 2 days waiting I raised a second time, still unanswered.
    Can I hope to have Instagram API access one day ? (I bought it one week ago)

    – If you used the same email your API subscription was updated automatically. You already have Instagram.

    – If you used different email, please check the key from the Help/Support/About tab.
