    Hi!
Is there a way to make instagram directs appear in the main area of ??the plugin?
The reels appear without problem but I need my directs to appear in the main grid of tue widget too. I don’t know if there is any way to configure it to be like this. I am using the free version of the plugin. Thanks in advance

Hi @sisytecnetworks, can you please clarify what you’re referring to when you say “Instagram directs”? Are you referring to this?

If yes, the Instagram API doesn’t make that information available for Spotlight to import at the moment.

Hi Mark, sorry I didn’t explain myself well. What I want is that the videos recorded in Instagram Live appear in the widget grid, the same as they appear in my normal Instagram

@sisytecnetworks the Instagram API seems to provide Live videos only while they are actually live, so even if Spotlight can import them, they would be removed once they are no longer live. This appears to be a limitation of their API so we won’t be able to import them to your site for you.

Hi Mark, my client says that, until recently, he was able to use that function (the one to see live videos) so it seems that it is something that instagram has removed recently. Thank you very much for your answer…

@sisytecnetworks it may be the case that your client was live on Instagram just when Spotlight was updating its feeds on their site, so the two lined up. At other times, that may not happen so the import wouldn’t catch the Instagram Live. I’m afraid there doesn’t seem to be a way around this at the moment.
