Instagram embeds

When I use the code from Instagram to embed the photo, my instant article version is not coming through correctly. There is no header and the style is not right, plus I get an error about an empty HTML object. But, the embed looks perfect in the Instant Article preview. When I use the Instagram shortcode through Jetpack, the article translates perfectly into instant articles, but the embed does not show up at all. What’s a best practice here? Both scenarios show equally well on my site.
