I’ve got this mail from another plugin because I had a problem with it showing properly.
Can you help.?

The problem seems to be that the mobile app plugin that you are using is not including the CSS and Javascript files for our plugin on the page. Normally our plugin relies on the wp_head() function and the wp_footer() function to include these.

Could you contact the developer of the other plugin to see if there is a way to include these files?

Specifically you can ask them if there is a way to reload scripts, like in number 3 this FAQ article: https://smashballoon.com/my-photos-dont-show-up-sometimes-unless-i-refresh-my-page-ajax-theme/. Sorry we weren’t able to figure out a workable solution ourselves. Let us know if you have any questions.
