Instagram Feed does not show anything

  • Hello.

    Instagram Feed by 10Web does not manage to display my Instagram-feed.

    I only get the following error message: “There is no media in this feed”.

    And if I try to doing the setup from start:

    Connect an Instagram Account => Personal => Profile choice => Error message: {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}

    I tried a competing solution – Social Slider Feeds – and this worked ok. So: The problem must be with your plugin and not the Instagram-setup.

    Hi dear users,
    Currently we have an issue with Instagram feed plugin, it is under Facebook’s compliance review.
    This is a standard flow to keep Facebook platform and community safe.
    It might take a week until this issue will be resolved.
    We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
    We’ll additionally inform you, once the plugin is live again.

    To choose 10Web Social Photo Feed is maybe like to buy a pig in a poke? The plugin has not worked for a long time now.

    Hi there me too.. Has the compliance review with facebook that was going to take a week to go through 3 months ago been fixed yet please? My feed has not worked in months….

    So how did you make it work? I had an update in WordPress, auto-installed it and still nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am writing to you regarding the Instagram issue which was present for quite a while.

I am thrilled to inform that the Instagram feed issue has been finally resolved. 

1. If you own the plugin, please, upgrade the Instagram plugin to the newest version - 1.4.33 if free or 2.4.33 if premium.
2. After upgrade please remove the account from the Instagram feed > settings section and connect the account again. 
3.After it set up your feeds again by choosing the account when creating the feed. 

Feel free to reach back if you have further questions.

Once again please accept our sincere apologizes that the fix is released much later than expected.

    Thanks @brrasmussen for communicating that answer you got. My (free) version is already updated to 1.4.34, but I can not reconnect anything because the menu item “Instagram Feed” itself just does not show up in the wp menu. Have already deactivated, reactivated, deinstalled, reinstalled… nothing ??

    Try this (I’m not technical in the slightest) but mine is now working.

    Go to IG, Settings, Apps and Websites and see if your plugin expired. Mine had and it was called “10Web Hashtag Feed Plugin”.

    On WP and with your plugin activated, scroll down the left sidebar on WP till you see “Instagram feed” and then “Settings” and you will see the red button that says “Connect an Instagram account” so I did and it works for now anyway. There is a new plugin that is now active in the settings on IG called “social feed feed”
