Instagram feed does not update automatically

    Hi,

    Unfortunately our instagram feed does not update automatically.

    I integrated it with the shortcode [instagram-feed feed=1]

    I have to manually edit the feed and then SAVE it. Then it will immediately be updated on the website.

    Thank you for contacting us! Checking the feed on your site, it appears this could be related to an issue with the scheduled feed updates not working correctly. Please try adding cachetime=60 to the shortcode you are using to add the feed to the page. This will use an alternate method of updating the feed. So in the case of the shortcode you shared, you would change this to [instagram-feed feed=1 cachetime=60]

    cachetime=60 means 60 minutes, right?

    You’re welcome! Yes, you’re correct there – the cachetime value is in minutes, so it would be 60 minutes in this example.
