    Hey Cristhian,

This one has me a little stumped as none of the usual potential causes seem to apply in your case. I’m wondering whether it’s a theme or plugin conflict. Is it possible to temporarily try deactivating all of the other plugins you have activated and reverting to a default WordPress theme for 30 seconds just to see whether the feed then displays?

    Hi John,

    thanks for replying.

I took the test and failed.
Deactivated all plugin and nothing has changed.
    Only is loading.

    Hey Cristhian,

Just to confirm, did you also try using a default WordPress theme (such as TwentyTwelve, TwentyThirteen or TwentyFourteen)? I just want to make sure the issue isn’t related to the theme you’re using.

Yes, John. I also tested in the default theme.
I appreciate your commitment, but had to install another plugin.

    Thank you.

No problem Christhian, sorry to hear that the plugin didn’t work for you.

    All the best!

Same problem here. I installed the plugin and get only the loading gif and a Load more… button. I deactivated all the plugins and changed the theme to twenty-fourteen. Still only loader and button.

    Hey calicanadian,

There’s usually a couple common causes of this:

    1) The Instagram Access Token either wasn’t copied and pasted correctly or is invalid. You can retrieve a new one by clicking the blue Instagram button on the plugin’s Settings page.

    2) You may be using your Instagram username instead of your User ID. You can find directions on how to get your User ID by clicking on the ‘What is this?’ link next to the Instagram User ID field on the Settings page.

If neither of the above fix the issue then please send me a link to the site so that I can take a look.

Well, I am sure than I did steps mentioned above correctly, but my photos don’t want to show in MS Edge browser (it looks like they’re set to be transparent). On FF Developer Edition it works flawless. Any hints?

    Hey szkorzonek,

I just pushed out an update to the plugin. Could you try updating and let me know whether it resolves the issue for you?

    I hope you’re having a good weekend.

    John

Thanks John, right now everything seems to be ok. ?? Good job!

Awesome, glad to hear that ??

No obligation of course, but if you like the plugin and feel like leaving a super-quick review then it really helps to support the plugin!

Let me know if you have any other issues, and I hope you had a good weekend.

    John
