Instagram Feed not Updating

    The feed doesn’t seem to be updating. I installed WP Crontrol so I could see what’s going on and the sb_ entries are showing a null “Last Run” date, although the feed IS showing a post from 2 days ago. Thoughts?

    Hi @foxydot,

    Thank you for contacting us! Most commonly this is related to a problem with the WP-Cron setup on the site. Could you check with your web hosting company to see if they can check on the WP-Cron configuration on the site for any problems??You could also check that WP_CRON is enabled in the wp-config.php file on your server.

    ?You can also add the parameter cachetime=60 to the shortcode you are using to the add the feed to your page which will set the feed to use an alternate method of updating.
