Instagram feed not working

    The Instagram feed was working but stopped at some point (not sure when as we’ve only noticed this week).

    I have regenerated the ID and Access Token and seeing the message that the access token is working – but no images are displaying on the page containing the shortcode.

    I have used the old short code as well as a regenerated one – but still nothing.

    I’ve also tried it on another theme and disabled all other plugins to see if there is a conflict – but nothing.

    Can you give any advice as to what to do next?

    Hi @ridgetek,

    Please make sure you are running the latest FTS version (currently 2.9.2).

    It’s possible that the Instagram access token has expired. You will need to *generate a new IG access token, generate a new shortcode, and replace the old shortcode. After you update/publish, you may need to clear the FTS cache for the changes to take effect.

    *After you have upgraded to the latest version of FTS, and after you have clicked the banner/button (to acquire a new access token) it is possible that you may see an error message, please disregard, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button. You will then be able to go to Feed Them > Settings and generate a new shortcode.
