I have two feeds in my footer, one for facebook and the other for instagram. The instagram feed doesn’t work anymore as you’ll see from the video link supplied.

I use Divi Child theme and use the shortcodes in a global footer file using Divi’s global theme builder. I regenerated the token for instagram and placed it in the footer as well as just placing the code in a page, neither work.

How do I fix this? It has happened to the instagram feed more than once, never to the facebook feed?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Update to version 2.9.8.3 ??

Okay thanks. I had to delete the plugin again in order to get that version. The first time, it loaded the 2.9.8.2 version.

There’s still an issue however. I want to use 9 instagram post and have more space between each post. I made that change, regenerated the shortcode and placed it on my blog posts footer file. Go here to see it: https://thepsychicassociates.com/the-difference-between-a-psychic-medium-and-clairvoyant/

I didn’t regenerate the feed and am using the original script here: https://thepsychicassociates.com/guest-members/

As you can see, it has a bit of space between each post and show the 6 post default.

How do I get this working properly.

One other thing, I want to remove the title The Psychic Associates that renders above the avatar and page name.

    Glad to hear that worked.

The free version only allows up to 6 posts. With the premium you can have an unlimited amount with our load more button.

To remove the Facebook Title just add title=no to your facebook shortcode.

To fix the spacing issue make sure you have a px after the number. Looks like you have 10 set but it should read 10px, or 1px whichever you prefer.

Thanks for that info. I really appreciate it.

I have tried the title=no on another site (https://mediumjaylane.com) but it doesn’t remove the title. Here’s the code with the identifying code removed:
    [fts_facebook type=page id= access_token= title=no description=no posts=1 posts_displayed=page_only]

It still shows the title? I have tried placing it in a different order: post/title/description/post_displayed but no matter what order I place them, it never removes the title.

    Hi @tcoms,

To start, please update the plugin to the latest version, 2.9.8.4 as many recent FB bugs have been addressed.

The ability to toggle the FB Title on/off (or Show = yes/no) is a premium feature option. Spencer provided an option to add to the shortcode. After you update/publish the shortcode to your WP page, clear the FTS cache so that the changes can take effect.

If the title is still not being removed. Try this workaround. Go to Feed Them > Facebook Options and under Global Facebook Style Options > Page Title Size set it to 0px, then before navigating away from the page, scroll down and click the ‘Save All Changes’ button. Then, clear the FTS cache.
