Instagram feed not working anymore

  • Hi there,

    I started to use your plugin a couple of months ago and it was working great. Now I discovered that the feed is not showing anymore.
    i have the same thing with two sites:

    https://hetcuracaosch.museum/

    https://carlosblaaker.com/

    In the back I don’t see any problem. The insta account is connected, no errors.

    I hope you can help me.

    Hi @kukiko

    I hope you are doing well. Sorry to hear about the issue, Can you please try clearing the cache from Dashboard -> Easy Social Feed > Instagram page by clicking the Clear All button?

    Hi @danish-ali same problem here : https://www.academieoctopus.fr/actualites/

    I cleared all cache as you mentionned and nothing is resolved. I also tried to unlink my instagram account, remove the html code and replace by the updated one but no results.

    Facebook plugin is OK. Only Instagram got the problem.

    EDIT : my bad …… Stupid am I : I just updated the extention and all is solved.
