Instagram feed stopped working

    Hello,

    Our Instagram feed stopped working yesterday. We didn’t make any changes to the website. Only the Follow On Instagram button is displayed. Cleared cache, doesn’t help. Tried to re-enter the shortcode, doesn’t help. Any ideas.

    The Facebook feed on the same page is still working normally.

    Hi @hotwptemplates,

    I checked [ redundant link removed ] site and see Instagram feed.

    It seems that was not working due to a change on the Instagram user account that invalidates the credentials and access tokens.
