I have seen this problem before with page builders and sometimes the page builder will render the code into the widget and then saves it, so it’s hard coded and cannot updates. Double check where you have the shortcode displayed and make sure it’s a shortcode you are seeing. Save your page widget or w/e that is housing the shortcode and see if that works.

You may also need to empty the cache from the Settings > Global Options page of our plugin.

I’m having the same issue. Just stopped updating the feed.
I click on the Global Options but the button doesn’t work.
Plugin is up to date.
I am using a page builder but the shortcode is correct. Even tried regenerating it and didn’t help.

Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily and then test to see if it works. If this works try turning on each one one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

Usually we see this when another plugin is having an issue with Javascript and it’s causing all of the other JS code to break on the page.
