Instagram feed won’t rebuild cache – says contact support

Hi there, trying to set up flow-flow lite. It’s connected, but I receive the error “Plugin received next error message from network API for this feed:
Feed cache has not been built. Try to manually rebuild cache using three dots menu on the right.”

So I click on re-build cache, then I get the following error:
“Something went wrong. Please try to reload page. If this repeats please contact support at https://social-streams.com/contact/”

Twitter works great, I can’t connect Facebook since they’ve shut everything down due to privacy issues. Any help is appreciated for both Facebook and Instagram. If it works well we will upgrade to the pro version. Thanks.
