Instagram feed won't show

Are you able to elaborate a little on the issue? I’m currently seeing the Instagram feed in the footer of your site. Are you saying that it doesn’t display at all if you remove the sidebar from your site? If so, it sounds like perhaps the footer widget is being removed in your theme page template when the sidebar is removed. To confirm whether this is the case, are you able to send me a link to a page without the sidebar so that I can take a look?

Hi! I just imported the widget to my page and the last instagram image shows up but the feed does not. Theme has appropriate wp footer as mentioned in the FAQs so I’m not sure whether something in my custom theme is overriding this? Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the link. Where abouts on your page are you using the [instagram-feed] shortcode? I see that you’re using a different Instagram plugin in your footer but can’t see where you’re using our plugin anywhere.

There seems to be a JavaScript error on your site which is preventing JavaScript from running (screenshot). Our plugin relies on JavaScript to load your photos in from Instagram and so that error is preventing the plugin from working. It looks like this error may be being caused by your W3 Total Cache plugin (screenshot). If you remove this JavaScript error then our plugin should then be able to load in your Instagram photos.

That message isn’t from our plugin. It looks like you’re using the ‘JM Instagram Feed Widget’ plugin which is displaying that message: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jm-instagram-feed-widget/. Try posting a message in the support forum for that plugin to see if the plugin author can help you.
