    My Instagram feed was working, but now it’s not after I reinstalled JAVA on my laptop. I’m not sure if that’s related or if I have JAVA script errors (I’m not well-versed in that so I wouldn’t know how to find or fix). My Instagram is public so that’s not the problem. Someone please help!

    Thanks,
    Mahsa

    Hey Greg,

    Where abouts on your page are you using the [instagram-feed] shortcode? I’m not seeing it being used in your sidebar anywhere on your site. Could you try adding it to a standard WordPress ‘Text’ widget so that I can take a look at what the problem is?

    Many thanks,

    John

    @smashballoon – I was able to get mine to work. Just needed to add some pictures to the feed. Thanks for your response!

    Hello John,

    I added the Instagram Feed back to the right sidebar of https://www.charliefunk.com and it is still not working. Can you please take a look at the website and let me know how I can correct this issue.

    Thank you,

    @greg – The photos seem to be displaying when I view your site (screenshot). Are you seeing something different?

    Hello John,

    Thank you it does work now, however it is displaying each photo at 100% width instead of 15 photos total in 3 columns. How can I correct this? I double checked the customize settings in the instagram feed.

    Please let me know.

    Thank you,

    Hey Greg,

    It looks like you have the following CSS added to your theme:

    #mainWrapper #insidewrapper #content #rightsidebar .rightBox div {
        margin: 0;
        padding: 0;
        width: 300px;
    }

    The width: 300px; is causing the problem and causing the images to be 300px wide, rather the 33%. Could you remove that CSS and let me know whether it fixes the issue?

    Great, glad to hear that ??

    Hi. Installed your plug-in and trying to display in widget but I’m just getting the spinning loading thingy.

    I double checked…
    – using the numeric user id
    – photos are not private.
    – wp-footer in theme

    The url is ouritaliantable.com

    Any thoughts? See it on the main page in the side bar..

    Hey Joe,

    It looks like the issue is that you have a JavaScript error on your site which is preventing our plugin from running (screenshot). It looks like this is being caused by the ‘Genesis Simple Share’ plugin you have installed. If you’re able to resolve that error then our plugin should work for you.

    Let me know whether that does the trick, and I hope you’re having a good day!

    John
