Hi, I have the free version on Tagembed to display a Instagram hashtag feed on my website. A lot of the images are not displaying correctly. They are all light blue. I usually hide them in the filter option, but I really would like this issue fixed. Can you please fix this or tell me how to fix it?

Here is a screenshot of the feed: https://snipboard.io/grus7S.jpg

Also, is there a way to lazy load these images? According to Google Pagespeed, it is really making my website slower. I use Smush to lazy load my images, but obviously it doesn’t work on the Instagram images.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@tagembed, I am still waiting on the update that will optimize the images. When will this update be released?

Also, my images are still not showing correctly. There is currently one light blue image on my feed. It was showing correctly earlier, but the day after I clicked on it, it turned blue. Maybe this is a cause?

    Hello, Greetings from Tagembed.

Apologies for the delayed response. The Instagram images automatically expire after a certain time from Instagram’s end and our system fetches the images again in those cases.

The Instagram images are showing correctly on your website now. Please check and confirm. I’ve also forwarded your details to our technical team who will monitor your account for the next few days.

Regarding the image optimization, We are releasing a variety of new feature in our next release scheduled for next week (20th Oct). Image optimization is next in our road-map for the product cycle. We will keep you updated on the progress

    Thanks & Regards,

    Michael
