    The plug-in was works fine but the feed disappeared from the page. Went to refresh the access token (as we normally have to do this every other month), and get:

    {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}

  • Hello @rokokneslite ,
    Thanks for reaching out to us. I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you!

    I have tested the Instagram Feed Configuration and am successfully been able to reproduce the issue on my end. Meta has recently made some changes to the Developer API which is why the Account to generate Credentials is not working.

    Please be informed that the issue is already been forwarded to the dev team for further review. Rest assured that it will be solved very soon.

    I appreciate your patience in this matter and thanks for being with the WPmet!

    Best Regards,

    Hello @rokokneslite ,
    I hope you’re doing fine.

    The team is working on fixing the Instagram App-related issue but, in the meantime, we have figured out the manual process of Instagram Feed integration as well and we’re documenting the entire process.

    If you want, you can follow the steps mentioned in this video and configure it accordingly on your end. I hope it will help.

    If there is anything else you need help with, please let me know. We are always here to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
