Instagram not eligible

    Hello Team

    I’ve managed to connect my woocommerce website to Facebook using your amazing plugin but during the configuration wizard, I couldn’t connect to my Instagram account its saying Eligible note that the account I’m using during my configuration has full access permission on all my business manager settings and accounts.

    Please advise what I need to check to solve this issue ?

    Could you please share the complete screenshot of the error notice saying the account isn’t eligible?

    Additionally, as far as what I understood, Instagram account eligibility beyond our scope of support. It’s entirely depending on Instagram’s own policy.
