Instagram posts via Buffer sometimes work, sometimes fail

    Hello, we recently started trying Nelio on our page and now connected Instagram via Buffer. After the first few posts using the connection, I see that about 50% succeeded and 50% failed with a message from Buffer.com:

    “One of your updates failed to post. Buffer needs a mobile device to publish your posts to Instagram. Please sign into the mobile app using your email address & password to connect your device and then retry the post.”

    Any idea why this is happening sometimes?

    Unfortunately, that’s an issue with Buffer. It looks like they’ve lost connection with your mobile device. To help re-link it with your Buffer account, could you sign out of the Buffer mobile app and then sign back in with the email address that’s linked to your Buffer account? That should do the trick.
