Instagram Professional acc feed not showing

    Hi,

    I have recently connected my professional instagram account via the Smash Balloon plugin. However, the profile image and bio were not displayed. I toggled my instagram account to a personal one and back again as suggested on your website. But now, I cannot connec the instagram account at all.

    I have tried using both automatic connection and manual – Please see screen shot.

    Hey @agizzie,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. After connecting your Instagram Profile as a Business profile again (ensuring it is according to our documentation), you may need to also reauthorize the Smash Balloon app in your Facebook settings follow this documentation. Then, in the plugin, connect again using the Business connection and make sure to select the correct account, page, and all permissions.

    If you have further issues after this, please reach out to us using our support form found here, and please also include the System Info found in the plugin’s Support tab in that support request.

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me so promptly, your suggestions worked – thanks. I was previously getting stuck in an annoying Facebook/Instagram loop!
