Instagram profile-like Gallery?

I’m looking for a way or a plugin that will allow me to great a gallery with 3 columns on desktop AND Mobile (just like how instagrams profile view looks) so it just resizes the image thumbnails for mobile and keeps them in 3 columns. Cant find this anywhere. Every gallery plugin I find just looks terrible on one or the other.
