    Very strange. I’ve used EI before and it usually works just fine. But in this case, it didn’t. I think it’s because it’s not seeing my clients’ IG feed even though I’ve authorized it. Or so I think. Here’s what I’m doing.

    A-I go to my IG developer page at https://instagram.com/developer/ and fill out the settings.

    B-I get my Client ID and Secret and from EI I click on Authorize Application.

    C-Now in IG, I click the Authorize button and go back to the WP site that shows my profile.

    D-What I see next is ‘Your Instagram Profile’ with a blank circle and if I click the Profile tab again, I’m back at square one.

    So what’s going on here? It seems to me EI didn’t find my feed.

    I cannot and is behind an under construction page. So it’s not public. However, I solved it by deleting the client ID back on IG and created a new ID and connected that. Thankfully, it worked.
