Instagram Shopping Domain not verifying

I’m sorry but I’m not sure if I fully understand the problem here. Can you please attach the following?

• A screenshot of the behaviour you’re encountering, you can use Snipboard.
  
• A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
  
• It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Under Settings > Business > Status of verification for Instagram Shopping.
There I can check the status of the verification of the Commerce Account and the Website Domain. The Commerce Account was verified but the Website Domain is still in review since several days. If a screenshot is needed, I can provide later.

If I understand you correctly, you enabled the Instagram Shopping option when setting up the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, right?

As per the plugin’s support documentation, it was highlighted in yellow to leave “Instagram Shopping unchecked since at the moment Instagram shopping support is not available. You can use Instagram Shopping extension if you need users to checkout from Instagram.

With this extension, merchants can link an Instagram Business Account to the Facebook account and then sync the products to the Facebook catalog. This catalog can be shared between Facebook and Instagram.

Otherwise, if I am missing something here, feel free to share with us the screenshot of what you are referring to here for us to check this further.
