instagram shopping was rejected

    Hello

    I went through the whole process of setting facebook shopping through the facebook woo plugin, in hopes that i can link my products to my instagram. I got an email from instagram saying

    “Your account is not approved for Instagram Shopping.
    Your account doesn’t meet our Instagram Shopping Access Policy for the reason listed.
    Product Unavailable on Your Website
    To use Instagram Shopping, your products must be sold on the website connected to your account.”

    Is there anyone who can help me? im a bit lost on what i should do, the products show up on my facebook…

    I’d recommend contacting Facebook/Instagram for clarification on this.

    The Facebook for WooCommerce extension helps sync your WooCommerce products to your Facebook catalog, and our support scope at WooCommerce covers helping with synchronization issues.

    You’d have to contact Facebook for help with issues related to approval, etc. I’ll recommend taking a look at the Instagram commerce eligibility requirements: https://help.instagram.com/1627591223954487

    Did you facebook shop publish? That happened to me. I simply kept sending it for review saying that my facebook shop was published (I connected both of them in facebook to share the same catalog). ON about the 4th try, they approved it.
