Instagram Shortcode Works Facebook Does not

    Hi
    I purchased the Pro version, but there seems to be a problem with the Facebook feed.
    The Instagram feed and shortcode works fine.

    However, the shortcode for the Facebook feed just appears on the screen.
    I have:
    – recreated the account link twice now, with the same problem. Different shortcodes.
    – checked the ‘dittos’.
    – read through this forum.
    – tried a test page with nothing else but the shortcode.
    – tried various combination of the widget parameters.
    – given up trying to debug a plugin that I paid for.

    Please can you resolve this issue.

    We have updated the plugin and fixed this issue, now the Facebook feed is working again.

    Just updated. Cleared the cache, reconnected FB and FB Feed still not showing up

    Did the same. Updated plugins. Re-published the page.
    The Popup option works.
    But the feed is not displayed at all. Tried using ‘None’ and “Facebook Link’, all blank space on site.

    Hello.
    We had issues with the Facebook API, but the issue has now been resolved.
    In order for the feed to work again, you need to disable the facebook account from the plugin settings and add the account again, providing new permissions.
    Create a feed and add the shortcode in the right place.
