Thanks for sharing the link. Please try going to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced, enable AJAX theme loading fix, and click Save Changes. If this does not resolve the issue, on the same advanced settings page try activating Load Initial Posts with AJAX.

If neither of these settings resolve the issue, please submit a support request on our website here and we can investigate the issue more closely.

Unforutnately I believe that www.ads-software.com only allows you to edit or delete forum posts within an hour of when you created them.

If you ever need support from us and do not want to share information publically though, you can always submit a support request on our website with the link shared above.
