    Hi,

    We seem to be hitting the token limits on keystoneedge.com very quickly but have the premium version of the plugin and setup a token from Instagram. It’s giving the message “you need to add your own API token” but on the backend it says “Your access token is working!”

    For the moment we are using static HTML but any thoughts on what could be the issue?

    @whitneykrape,

    You’re not hitting limits I don’t believe. We and a few others have reported the same thing. The reason is because Instagram’s API has been going offline intermittently over the past few days, possibly they are making updates. That is why no error message returns either on the Instagram Options page for your token, because those error messages are being returned from the API, hence it being down the message still shows the token is working.

    After seeing this problem we will be putting something in place just in case the API is down or the plugin can’t connect letting you know this specifically. For now I would say just let it play out. The plugin empties the cache every 20 minutes or so, so when it does come back on line your images will automatically appear for visitors of your site.

    Hi Spencer,

    Got it, thanks for the reply. When do you think the patch with caching will be ready?
