Instagram user ID link goes to sandbox

Hi,
I’m trying to configure Social Count Plus, and when I click on https://socialcountplus-instagram.herokuapp.com/ to set up the instagram user ID, I get{“error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “code”: 403, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”}
Please fix this.
