    Hi there,
    Wondering if the Instagram videos gets imported too with the plugin?
    Because I tried one but didn’t come trough, and on my blog only shows as a text, the address and the image caption like this:

    Día de Foto con nuestros looks Vintage Denim y leather jackett para @week_test_ #vintagelook #jeans

    weirdly if I go to the posts on the dashboard I can see the video on the actual post.
    What could be going wrong?

    Hi there, actually yes videos should be imported (you can see one of mine here: https://dentedreality.com.au/2017/08/10/my-ipad-doesnt-sound-this-good/

    The way the importer works is that it just embeds the URL of the video into your post, on a line of its own, and then it lets WordPress handle embedding it properly. It looks like you’ve got something converting that into a shortcode, but then not handling that shortcode to convert it into a proper video player for some reason.

    Do you have any video related plugins running on your site? I am using Jetpack to handle mine.

    Hi there, I had installed the Pootle Pagebuilder (Premium) plugin what has some video component.
    I try to install Jetpack but creates a conflict after I connected with www.ads-software.com and make the disappear the home page of my website.
    Do you know how I can fix that? or there is another way to solved this problem?

    Actually it looks like something has changed, and my videos are not downloading correctly either. I’ll have to look into it a bit and see what I can find.
