Instagram warning to reauthorize

    With an update of Elementor we are getting a warning, “The access token could not be decrypted. Your access token is currently invalid. Please re-authorize your Instagram account.” It looks like the IG widget on the Stratum website is giving the same error (https://stratum.getmotopress.com/instagram/). Does something need to be updated within the plugin? We’ve reconnected and refreshed the token but it’s still not displaying and giving a warning.

    We are running Elementor and Elementor Pro both at 3.19.3 and Stratum plugin at 1.3.16.

    Sorry for the delayed response and sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with our Instagram widget. 

    Our developers are doing their best to resolve this issue as fast as possible. But the problem that we have is not on the side of our products but rather on the side of Facebook services and the API, we use in them. We let you know as soon as we receive some updates on this matter.

    Hey everyone.

    I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to let you know that we’ve resolved the issue with the Instagram widget. Everything should be back to normal now.

    However, I’d like to remind you that it’s recommended to refresh your access token in the plugin settings.
