instalation failed?

I just updated to wordpress 3.0.5. When I did this, my hosting account apparently got suspended. Now on my dashboard, it says an automated update of wordpress failed to install, please attempt the update again now. When I go to update, it says I’m running the latest version of wordpress. How can I get this message to go away? Also, why is it that sometimes I get a response right away and others I have to wait 3 weeks or so then repost the topic? Could someone please respond to the topic I posted yesterday?
