Instaled Newscrunch theme w/examples and midia gallery stop to work!

  • WP was working normally and we decided to use Newscrunch theme for the blog. We installed it with the examples and replaced the content.

    However, access to the media gallery for the image highlighted within each post editting stopped working. It does not allow replacing or adding a new image, only removing it.

    We changed the theme to another one and it works normally. So the problem is some conflict in the Newscrunch theme.

    What can it be? A BUG? Can anyone help or give a tip on how to solve it? Because we would like to use this theme and the site is OK with it, we thought about purchasing the PRO version.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    At our end we have checked each post are editable with our own content and image.

    Let us know which image you are unable to edit of the post section. If possible, send us a snapshot of the post section where you are unable to edit the image.

    You said you are facing issue with gallery. Are you using any third party plugin to create this gallery. Kindly share the list of plugins you have installed. There might be a chance that any of the plugin conflicting with the theme
