Install and Reinstall, no wordpress blog on site

Hello-

I am not an expert so simple term explained would be appreciated. I have tried installing wordpress using Fantastico then again manually while watching a youtube video. Ive used forums, blogs and still can’t get it to work:

Problem: I go through all the install steps and when I go to my site https://www.thebigfatworld.com, I get the godaddy under construction page. My blog has not been imported.

HELP!
