Install another wordpress

  • Hi, my main site is a wordpress. I want to install another wordpress in other directory. There is any problem?

    Thre should not be any problem. Just have its separate DB

    You can have it without any problem unless you have separate table prefix. in you wp-config file you can locate $table_prefix = ‘wp_’; wp_ is default table prefix, change that as you wish .

    While it is possible to share aspects of you different sites, I suggest that you keep your life simple and keep your sites absolutely independant.
