    I got this error message. What does it mean? Thanks

    Never mind, I did a search on wordpress for “line 22” and found the answer. I realized that wp-settings.php was not installed. While ftp-ing files connection went out and not all files were loaded. I installed the remianing files and now everytihng is copasetic.
