install instructions incomplete

  • I cannot get the Google Calendar to work. The calendar is not hidden. The documentation doesn’t seem to account for the current hoops to leap through on the backend of the Google Developers.

    Google Dev console side: You are missing at least one of the following required permissions:
    Project

    resourcemanager.projects.get
    serviceusage.services.get
    Check that the project ID is valid and you have permissions to access it.

    I’ve tried to do it repeatedly. Can someone please give me a clearer current walkthru or point me at a video or something?

    It finally started working. The trouble is I still have no idea why.
    Now I’m fighting to get the size down since the descriptions are very wordy and make each event very long.
