Install Issues

  • I installed this, activated it, and tried to customize (free version). When I tried to edit the homepage page, it took me to the content from my original homepage. When I tried to edit the site, it took me to an extremely broken version of the homepage showing on my site (demo content). I couldn’t see many of the blocks etc. Unsure what I may have done wrong. I really like the theme and am considering the pro version, but want to play with the free version first to see if I can get it working right. I had to put it back to my original theme since I couldn’t edit anything appropriately. Also to note, it took me into the weird Gutenverse block editor instead of the normal block editor.

    Could you please send us your Gutenverse system status? You can find it by navigating to Gutenverse Dashboard > System Status. Copy the information and send it here.

    Additionally, go to Gutenverse Dashboard > Settings > Frontend > Render Mechanism and set it to ‘Inline’.

    After that, clear your site cache and refresh the page. Get back to us, and we’ll do our best to help you!
