Install Issues: Can’t even get initial wp install right…

I’ve previously worked with wordpress to create some pretty stellar sites….but I’m stuck.

I’m creating a new site, have gone through all install steps:

1. Downloaded latest version on wp
2. unzipped files, placed them in lcoal host
3. edited wp-config-sample to wp-config with mysql database details
4. uploaded to remote
5. my hosting supports php

Now when I go to the site to get started, this is what appears:

PLEASE HELP! Argh, I’ve been working in circles, any insight is appreciated, thanks!
